Personality: Evans can be extremely charming in an understated way and has a dry sense of humor. He is unforgiving of his or his colleagues' mistakes and demands high standards of himself and his team.  But he can be understanding and compassionate, even though he tends to hide it well.  Yet he has the love, trust and respect of those who have worked with him.

 
Special Skills:  He is an excellent detective, great leader, with finely honed skills of observation, deduction and investigation.  He is excellent at reading people and always manages to catch someone who's lying.  He's versed in hand to hand combat and is a master marksman.



History:  Evans was born in a small mining town in Pennsylvania.  He went into the Marine Corps right out of high school and retired as a Gunnery Sergeant.  When he left the Marine Corps he decided to stay on the West Coast and moved to Seacouver, Washington where he became a patrol officer with the Seacouver County Sheriff's Department where he worked his way into becoming the youngest Deputy to make Detective.  He worked his way up the ranks and has been a Lieutenant and team leader for the last 6 years.
